In December we had a group of students from the Bible college. They worked for two weeks with us. They were great encouragement and a big help to us. It is a difficult task to start a church in the town where you know only a few people. During this time we made friends with many people. We told about God to them. Some of them even visited us and we watched Christian films together. Many people are very suspicious to us. The think we belong to a cult. Now we have addresses of some elderly people, which were given to us by the department for social welfare of our town council. We started visiting the people. We also visited a small orphanage, which is situated in the neighboring village. The headmistress of the orphanage was very glad and let us visit the orphanage and speak to the children. She told the people working with the children were not very kind to them sometimes. She allowed us to visit the orphanage regularly.

We pray that God leads the whole families to repentance. We pray for the Sunday school children and their parents, for the teenagers of the youth group. We invited them all to Christmas party, which we prepared together with young people from the church Zhodino. Some parents were present and they thanked us. We also had Christmas party at the secondary school. We prepared a drama play with the students of the college. Then we told about the meaning of the birth of Christ. In the end we asked questions. Not only pupils but even teachers eagerly answered the questions. We saw that God can use any situation for His glory. Remember our ministry in your prayers.
