My brother and I were going to our ministry place by train. A girl was sitting opposite us. We spoke with her about music, clothes etc. Then we started to speak about our college. This was what we were looking for. We began to speak about Jesus and our faith.
The girl asked us about our subjects at the college, she wanted to know about our future. We both had an opportunity to express our views and to tell how Jesus had changed our lives. We all were so busy that no one noticed that another neighbor, a man, had appeared.
After the girl had got off the train the man began to question us about our faith. We were happy to answer his questions. The man turned to be an investigator of the public prosecutor's office. He was returning from the place where a crime had been committed.
He said, he was surprised to see virtuous young people, in our society there are not many such people. We replied that our moral was Jesus Christ. If He had not changed us and many like us could have become criminals. The investigator said that he was positively impressed by our talk. We prayed for him. May God's Word bear fruits!

On a train I met a girl of about 20. She was very well dressed and was choosing words very carefully while speaking. To begin a conversation with her I asked her what was the next stop.
When she learned that I was a student of the Bible college she asked me with astonishment: "Do you study to be a nun?"
I told her what we do at the college, what we are going to do after graduating. The girl confessed that she was in a Baptist church but met there some "strange" girls she did not like. She would like to enjoy her life, to go to disco, meet boys, drink bear.
I tried to explain her that such life is short, such life is not real, time would come and everybody would have to give account for his life. The girl seemed to think. May God really make her think over her life.

Once I met a woman. She helped me to carry my heavy bag. I was thinking of somebody God would send to help me. And He did. The woman began a conversation. She complained that few people now help those who are in need. On our way I told her about myself she told me about her life. I asked her if she believed in God. She replied she was returning from the church. Her life was hard and she needed God now as she had never needed Him.
She told me that her son was put in jail unjustly. She had a second husband, her marriage was unhappy, her life was full of disappointments. I told her that God leads each of us on His ways. The woman was not ready to meet God, because her life was not perfect. I explained her that Jesus came to save sinners but not the righteous. You must not delay repentance. The longer you postpone the harder your decision and the worse your life become. The woman agreed to meet again, gave me her address and asked me to pray for her and her son.

On a weekend I decided to see my parents. On a train I met a young boy Ruslan. After I mentioned where I study it was easy to begin speaking about Jesus. I was greatly surprised that Ruslan had never heard anything about Jesus.
He was listening to me that is why I tried to tell him as much as possible and clear about God, about creation, why Jesus came on this earth, why He died. I had a brochure "Four Spiritual Laws." He was interested to listen and I told him what the brochure was about. Time passed very quickly and soon we had to part.
This case convinced me that it is important to witness as often as possible and everywhere. There are so many people like Ruslan in a Christian country who do not know anything about Jesus.

I was invited to speak with a man. His brother who repented a week ago told me about him a little. His brother liked to stay in, he did not like to communicate with other people, he was shy.
When my friend and I entered the house we were astonished. His house looked rather like a shed than a living house. Inside the house was like outside - dirty and shabby, many empty bottles were everywhere. We knew evil ruled the house.
We spoke with the man. He read much, he knew much and asked many questions. I told him about my life and what God had done for me. But the man did not want to believe. He did not trust anybody. It was so hard to speak with the man. I understood how much love and compassion toward such people we must have to reach them for Christ.

I have lost my passport and had to go to the police office. I had to visit several offices earlier and I was sick and tired of police. But I prayed and went again.
A policeman met me, he looked very tired. I told him my story. My passport was stolen in a bus and I noticed it only two stops later when it was too late.
When he was writing my report he was surprised when he heard that I studied at the Bible college. He began to ask me different questions - about adultery, homosexuality and other sins. I was happy to answer his questions because I felt he was concerned and worried. I explained that only through faith in Jesus one can get rid of his sins and receive forgiveness.
The policeman said that he prayed but continued sinning. I advised to pray with repentance.
After I had left the office at home I prayed for the policeman and was glad that I had lost my passport because God used the fact to allow me to witness the policeman about Jesus.

The day was warm and sunny and I decided to speak with a man who was walking slowly in front of me. I asked him very carefully if he believed in God. "Maybe not", he replied. "But God loves you very much". "It is not true", he said. "If He loved me my life would be different". "Do you attend any church?"- I asked. "No!" "You do not believe in God, you do not go to any church and want that your life is cloudless."
"You are too young and do not know real life. In my youth I did sports. Then after an accident I had to leave sports. I started business but failed too. I had to sell two cars to pay debts. But it was not all. Two my children died, the other was born but was handicapped. This was my wife's problem, because I had a healthy child with my first wife. Where do you see God's love? Where is God? Why one lives in misery and the other in abundance?" I could not answer, I did not feel comfortable, how could I comfort a strange man in the street? But perhaps the man blamed God because he did not want to repent? He had left his first wife. He had to know that breaking God's laws results in suffering.
I tried to comfort him and told that God does not want us to suffer, we make choice by our own. I encouraged the man and said that it was not too late to change his life. Jesus could do this. The man looked up and said: "I am not religious but I will think. Where is a church?"

On Thursday after classes I went to "Golgotha" church to invite people to watch the "Jesus" movie. Very few people were interested to come but I had a good talk with a woman. I said that the film was very exciting and she would like it. When she learned that the film was going to be shown in a church she asked me how to pray - with her own words or with memorized phrases. I said: "Prayer is your talk with your Heavenly Father. Your heart must speak with Him. How do you speak with your father? You do not recite before him the same words each day." Afterwards I told her about four spiritual laws and she promised to come and to watch the movie. I prayed for her but she did not come.
